Automatic 6 lanes oral dissolving film packaging machine is designed for cutting, sealing and packaging of fast-dissolving films, such as oral films, health supplements and breath fresheners.Machine adopts 6 lanes conveying system, simultaneously performing the conveying, cutting, and packaging of six rows of oral films.
Machine works with color touch screen for easy operation and parameter setting, PLC program + servo drive control to minimize manual operation and ensure efficient production.

1. Four-side sealing packaging ensures perfect sealing and moisture resistance of the packaging bags.
2. Servo drive ensures the accuracy of film stretching, cutting and sealing.
3. Low-tension film conveying system accurately controls the tension of the oral film, preventing material stretching and deformation.
4. Online cutting of the rolled oral film into the required size before packaging.
