4 ply gauze folding rewinding machine is ideal for gauze inward 4-ply, folding and rewinding in rolls.Being controlled by frequency converter, the motor drives the whole process with accurate speed regulating for stable operation.
Electronic counter works precisely to set the rolled length.
Features:
1. The effective rewinding width of machine is 900mm.
2. The raw material air shaft must accommodate gauze rolls with an inner core diameter of 76mm and a maximum outer diameter of 700mm.
3. Machine is with automatic rewinding, fixed-length rewinding, semi-automatic cutting, and pneumatic cylinder core shaft extraction.
4. The rewinding length of the gauze bandage can be set on the counter.
5. Machine running speed: 0-150 meter/minute
