Teeth Whitening Strips Making Machine
Teeth whitening strips making machine is a production line to manufacturing of gel products,such as teeth whitening strips,acne patches etc.Machine is include three parts:gel coating machine,slitting machine,gel patches packaging machine.
I. Gel Coating Machine(including mixing tank and coating machine)
Gel coating machine is suitable for teeth whitening strips,acne patches and comma patches coating.
Operating Process:
Mixing tank feeding → Coating → Lamination → Rewinding
Features:
1. The main unit uses a touch screen and PLC control, frequency conversion speed regulation, and the coating head and lamination rollers both use pneumatic telescopic devices for easy operation.
2. Fabric width can be adjusted freely.
3. The glue feeding system and coating speed use an electronic synchronization system to keep the glue amount synchronized with the main unit, ensuring stable and reliable glue application.
4. Machine adopts an automatic photoelectric correction device for unwinding, and an air-expanding shaft for neat winding.
5. Magnetic powder tension control for winding and unwinding; a constant tension control system is optional.
6. The mixing tank uses segmented temperature control technology. The upper tank uses a heat transfer oil heating system with an oil pump circulation, and the bottom uses a cast aluminum heating system. Combined with intelligent monitoring and control instruments, it achieves high temperature control accuracy and gradient temperature control.
7. The mixing tank employs a unique bottom-drive built-in agitator technology, placing the agitator's transmission mechanism at the bottom of the tank. The top of the tank is completely free of obstructions, allowing the top lid to be fully opened for convenient glue addition, chemical dosing, and tank cleaning.
8. The mixing tank's inner wall is made of stainless steel, and the entire exterior is clad in stainless steel.

II. Slitting Machine
Slitting machine is suitable for slitting various products such as adhesive bandages, medical base tape, release paper, and plaster cores. It adopts stepless speed regulation, automatic deviation correction, magnetic powder tension control, air shaft unwinding, and differential shaft winding. The machine operates smoothly, slits raw materials neatly, is easy to operate, and the air knife is easy to disassemble. The slitting size is adjustable.

Deviation correction unwinding → Size adjustment → Air knife cutting →Differential winding → Product unwinding

III. Gel Patches Packaging Machine
Gel patches packaging machine can automatically completes
continuous rolling, laminating, shaping, and packaging of gel
patches, including semi-cutting, paper lamination, and slicing. It is an
advanced automated packaging device for gel patches.
Features:
1. Utilizing advanced servo technology at its core, this machine employs a PLC programmable controller (with updated motion controller software) for intelligent control of the entire machine, offering advantages such as precise dressing application, film feeding, stable material transfer, and accurate bag cutting.
