How an alcohol pad machine works
The manufacturing process for alcohol pads is fully automated in high-speed machines, requiring minimal manual labor.
I.MATERIAL FEEDING:
Large rolls of non-woven fabric, sometimes pre-split, are loaded into the machine and unwound automatically.
II.NOWOVEN FABRIC FOLDING AND CUTTING:
The machine folds the fabric into smaller pads of a specified size and then cuts them. Some models allow for multi-folding to achieve a desired thickness.
III.LIQUID INJECTION:
A precise amount of disinfectant, typically isopropyl alcohol, is injected onto each pad using a high-accuracy, corrosion-resistant mini pump.
IV:SEALING AND PACKAGING:
Each moistened pad is sealed inside a four-sided pouch made from a laminated film, which ensures a tight, long-lasting seal.
Output: The machine delivers the finished, sealed pouches for further packaging into boxes or other containers.
