Basic Operating Processing Of Gauze Roll Slitting Machine 1. Before starting the machine, check fo

1. Before starting the machine, check for obstructions within the gauze roll slitting machine's range of motion and ensure all components are functioning properly. Any abnormalities must be corrected.

2. Turn on the power switch and pressure regulator, and check the voltage and pressure to ensure it is within the specified range.

3. Insert the dedicated air shaft provided with the gauze roll slitting machine into the gauze roll tube and install it on the left and right mounting brackets. Secure the gauze roll in place and use the air gun provided with the machine to inflate the air shaft. Observe that the key on the air shaft pushes outward to tighten the gauze roll tube.

4. Thread the end of the gauze roll on the fixed frame along the route. Center the gauze head and lay it flat on the pattern roller. Place the mandrel with the paper tube on top (pay particular attention to the alignment of the paper tube and gauze). Align the pressure block slot. Turn the hand valve downward and start the machine at a constant speed. Stop when the slit extends beyond the first roll by 300mm. Intermittently wind the gauze around the first air shaft. Start the machine at a constant speed. Stop when the gauze head extends beyond the second roll by 300mm. Intermittently wind the gauze around the second air shaft. Adjust the tension knob to the appropriate position. Start the machine at a constant speed and adjust the speed to the desired level. This completes the machine start-up.

5. The gauze roll tension is adjusted using the tension knob. The tension voltage is approximately 0-30V. Larger gauze rolls require a higher tension voltage, while smaller rolls require a lower tension voltage.

6. The tension of the slit gauze roll is adjusted using the pressure regulating valve inside the right side of the box. Normal pressure is 0.1-0.3 MPa.

7. The gauze roll's left and right movement is adjusted using the handwheel on the right side of the mounting bracket. Turning the handwheel clockwise moves the gauze roll to the left, and counterclockwise moves it to the right.
