Oral Dissolving Film Cartoning Machine
A cartoning machine, sometimes called a cartoner for short, is a type of packaging machine. Its sole purpose is to form cartons.
Oral dissolving film cartoning machine is an automated two-stage packaging system that packs individually packaged oral dissolving film (ODF) bags or boxes into cartons for final distribution.
This machine is an important component of a complete ODF production line, located after the primary packaging process.
Products are manually fed onto the synchronous belt trough at the front of the cartoning machine. When photoelectric sensors detect the product passing through the machine, mechanical
principles drive the machine to progressively complete all functions: unloading, opening, forming, pushing, packing, earing, folding, tongue insertion, and final shaping. The entire cartoning
process is then complete.
