Gauze folding rolling machine is a specialized equipment used for producing two-fold, three-fold, and four-fold rolled gauze products. The folded gauze products can be used as gauze rolls, mainly in medical settings such as surgery and burn units.
Gauze folding rolling machine consists of a feeding rack, a folding rack, and a receiving rack. The machine is easy to operate and highly efficient, significantly reducing labor intensity.
Features:
1. The machine performs automatic winding, fixed-length rolling, semi-automatic cutting, and pneumatic cylinder core rod extraction;
2. The length of the rolled gauze can be set on the meter counter, and the length is adjustable.
3. Running speed: 0-150 meters/minute (adjustable);
4. The effective rewinding width of machine is 900mm.
5. The raw material air shaft must accommodate gauze rolls with an inner core diameter of 76mm and a maximum outer diameter of 700mm.
