Blister Packaging Machine
A blister packaging machine is an electromechanical device that creates pre-formed plastic packaging (blister packs) to securely enclose products, such as pharmaceuticals, food, and consumer goods. It forms the blister cavities, fills them with the product, and seals them with a lidding material like aluminum foil or paper.
Types of Blister Packaging Machine:
Manual Model: These machines require significant human intervention for operations like loading materials and sealing. They are best for low-volume production or small businesses.
Semi Automatic Model: These models automate some processes (e.g., heat sealing), but still need an operator for other tasks like product loading. They offer a balance of cost and efficiency for small to medium batches.
Fully Automatic Model: These machines handle all steps automatically, from film feeding to punching and inspection. They are designed for high-volume, continuous production and often integrate with other machines like cartoners.
