Disposable four side seal eye pad machine is suitable for the production and automatic packaging of remaining needle,IV,indwelling needle stickers for PU film, release paper, glassine paper and other materials. Such as: eye pad, medical PU transparent dressing paste, PU waterproof dressing paste, wound dressing paste, self-adhesive sterile dressing stickers etc.Machine adopts servo technology as the core advance. The whole machine operation is controlled by PLC,touch screen.
Process flow:
packing film load on the machine → tape-coated paper peeling → absorbent pad roll cutting → paste to the tape → left and right release paper folding compound → roll cutting forming → pasting into the bag → automatic making bag, sealing&packaging → output finished product
